Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell second-hand clothing directly to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
  • Identify and target potential customers in the local community to drive sales.
  • Attend events or set up pop-up sales points to expand brand reach.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory and sales transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • High level of enthusiasm and passion for fashion and sustainability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales transactions.
  • Experience with pop-up sales or events is a plus.
