Welcome to NL Recruitment (NL Job Portal). By accessing or using our platform ("Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern the relationship between NL Recruitment, Employers, and Job Seekers. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services.
"NL Recruitment" refers to NL Consultants, operating under the brand NL Recruitment, providing recruitment and job posting services.
"Site" refers to https://nlconsultants.co.tz, https://ajira.newslinetz.com/, and any affiliated portals.
"User" includes all individuals and entities accessing the Site, including Job Seekers and Employers.
"Job Seeker" refers to an individual seeking employment opportunities through the Site.
"Employer" refers to any entity or individual using the Site to post job vacancies or recruit candidates.
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Employers and Job Seekers agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the Site.
NL Recruitment reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any User’s information.
Job Seekers may create profiles, upload CVs, and apply for jobs through the Site.
Job Seekers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their information.
Use of the Site does not guarantee job placement.
Employers may post job vacancies, access CV databases, and communicate with potential candidates.
Employers are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions and complying with applicable labor laws.
Users shall not:
Post inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Use the Site for unauthorized or fraudulent purposes.
Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to their accounts.
Collect information about other Users without consent.
Employers may choose from various job posting packages available on the Site. Payment terms and pricing are detailed at https://recruitment.newslinetz.com/pricing.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by NL Recruitment.
NL Recruitment reserves the right to modify pricing or service features with prior notice.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NL Recruitment or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant NL Recruitment a non-exclusive license to use it for recruitment purposes.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Site content is prohibited.
NL Recruitment’s use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Users agree that their information may be shared with third parties for recruitment purposes.
The Site and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
NL Recruitment does not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or the suitability of candidates.
NL Recruitment is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
NL Recruitment may suspend or terminate a User’s account for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support@nlconsultants.co.tz.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dar es Salaam.
NL Recruitment reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
